What defines leadership

Leadership is not a quality that everyone possesses. The definitive difference is that a good leader pushes people to achieve more. At the most optimal levels a good leader can raise awareness and help promote feelings of unity. Nothing is better than a fair, and competent person in charge.

Great leaders have lived and died, but the ones that will truly be remembered are those who promoted unity and fairness such as Martin Luther King Jr. "I've seen the promised land. I may not get there with you. But I want you to know tonight that we, as a people, will get to the promised land." A quote from biography.com that I believe represents what a great leader strives for. A leader inspires other people around them to climb greater heights, and dive into further depths.

What do you think qualifies a leader?

Put time into where you want to grow

Naturally where you put your time is where you will grow. Choosing where you want to grow is important, and it will always affect the future. When discovering new ideas and opportunities, often people want to quit before they've even had a chance to start. They think that because something doesn't come naturally to them they shouldn't put their time into it. That thinking infers that other people before them didn't have to encounter the same obstacles.

The saddest part is you are cheating yourself, because you did not even give yourself a real chance to grow and really discover what you are learning. So put your time into things that really concern you, and where you want to grow. If it's something you tremendously enjoy, it seems almost impossible that you'll regret it after learning its intricacies.

Cellular phones and what they might indicate

Cellular phones have blown up in a matter of years. According to the Huffington Post "86 of every 100 people [in the world]" own cell phones. The article went on to say "there were about six billion subscriptions by the end of 2011.". With cell phones so popular right now, it makes one think "What else is out there?" The new "Google Glasses" looks like a candidate. With a HUD (Heads Up Display) screen that you can view through your glasses, it stands right along side with an android code available for the "Google Glasses".

Check out this link, it's a demo of how they would feel from a first person's view. According to ZDNet "Google" today released an android code. This means people can according to ZDNet "start programming"  for "Google Glasses". Mobile devices are huge, and it seems as though "Google Glasses" will stand by their side. If you want to check out more click here and you can even sign up to hopefully be selected as one of the few lucky people that "Google" deems worthy of their glasses.

This helps give me meaning

Your existence is meaningful. No matter what anyone is to tell you, or however even you feel about it. The very fact that you are a living, breathing, interacting part of a dead universe is astounding. You are something that can actually experience and play a part in the known realm of existence. It’s a miracle more that of all of the species of organisms you are also one that is known to communicate through a common language, and your brain has the power to essentially "store capacity to something closer to around 2.5 petabytes (or a million gigabytes)". Sometimes people want you to feel like you are worthless, but the fact is you are worth so much that it couldn’t possibly be realistic to put a price tag on you. Your brain is an organic computer chip, and your body is the organic vehicle for your brain. Because you are priceless, it can sometimes behoove certain entities for you to believe that your value has depreciated. Do not succumb to thinking that you are worth less. You come without a price tag.
